Bubblate processes the minimum data needed to authenticate users, run translation jobs, manage billing, protect the service, and respond to support requests.
Translation job data
When you translate a page, we process uploaded images or image URLs, target-language choices, job metadata, and translated outputs needed to complete and display the result.
Extension data and permissions
The extension uses browser permissions to detect supported pages, read the images you choose to translate, store your settings, and inject translated overlays back into the page.
Billing data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Bubblate receives purchase status, customer identifiers, and billing events needed to apply credits and support your account, but does not store full card numbers.
Support and security data
If you send a support report, we may process your optional contact email, page URL, hostname, extension version, issue description, and basic browser diagnostics needed to investigate the problem.
How we use information
We use data to operate Bubblate, not to sell user profiles.
